What is ABA therapy?

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a science-backed approach that helps children improve skills in areas like communication, behavior, daily living, and social interaction. It’s widely recognized as the most effective therapy for children on the autism spectrum.

ABA therapy is typically provided to children and teens who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges. Achieve ABA serves clients between the ages of 3 and 21.

We accept Medicaid, private pay and out of network benefits from commercial insurance plans. We’re happy to guide you through the process and help determine your eligibility.

Start by reaching out to us through our contact form, by phone or via Whatsapp. We’ll guide you through the intake process, help verify insurance or Medicaid eligibility, and match you with a qualified therapist.

We provide ABA therapy in settings where your child learns and functions best — typically in your home, but also in schools or community environments, depending on the child’s needs.

Every session is tailored to your child’s goals. A trained therapist (RBT) will work one-on-one with your child through structured activities, play-based learning, and behavior strategies.

The number of hours and duration of therapy vary based on your child’s needs. Most children receive 10–40 hours of therapy per week, depending on their goals and clinical recommendations.

Absolutely. We believe parents and caregivers are essential partners in the therapy process. We provide regular updates, training, and coaching so you can support your child’s progress at home.

After your intake is complete and insurance/Medicaid is verified, we begin the process of assigning a therapy team. Start times may vary depending on your location and scheduling needs, but we strive to get services in place as quickly as possible.

We work with children and teens aged 3–21. If your child falls outside this range, we’re happy to connect you with other resources that may be a better fit.
